Your Stats. Your Rules.
MainQuest doesn't lock you into one stat block. Build a Class, name its attributes, grow them for real.
Most habit apps that borrow RPG mechanics hand you the same four stats as everyone else. MainQuest doesn't. You define a Class — an identity label like Warrior, Scholar, or something fully your own — and that Class carries a main attribute plus secondary attributes you choose. No two players run the same build.
Start from a template or build custom. Here are four example Classes and the attributes that come with them.
Warrior
Main attribute: Strength. Secondary: Endurance, Discipline.
- • Gym / Lifting
- • Sports
- • Hard manual labor
Scholar
Main attribute: Knowledge. Secondary: Memory, Precision.
- • Reading / Studying
- • Programming
- • Learning a new skill
Cleric
Main attribute: Vitality. Secondary: Empathy, Serenity.
- • Sleeping 8 hours
- • Eating healthy
- • Meditation
Rogue
Main attribute: Agility. Secondary: Cunning, Resourcefulness.
- • Finishing tasks early
- • Organization / efficiency
- • Quick problem-solving
How Attribute Growth Works
When you create a habit, you link it to one or more attributes on your active Class. Check in on "Learn Spanish" linked to Knowledge, and Knowledge earns subpoints. Enough subpoints and the attribute levels up.
Over time, your Class reflects your actual lifestyle. Run every day but never read, and your Warrior's Strength climbs while a Scholar's Knowledge would sit flat. It's a mirror of your habits — and you can switch Classes or invent your own attributes any time without losing progress. See the full breakdown in the Classes & Attributes guide or check the glossary for term definitions.
