Email support@mainquest.net with your device, platform (Android / Web / iOS), and what you were doing when it broke. Screenshots help. We ship fixes weekly.
Delete your account or data
Delete your account in-app from settings, or email support@mainquest.net. Data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days of a valid request. Full instructions — including exactly what is deleted and what is kept — are on the account deletion page; see the Privacy Policy for details.
Suggest a feature or quest
Drop it in the Discord or email us. The roadmap is shaped by what heroes actually ask for.
Response time: MainQuest is built by a small team. Live chat is fastest when we're online; email replies usually land within 1–2 business days, and the Discord is often faster too. Thanks for your patience, hero.
