Core Mechanic: Quests

Everything in MainQuest is a Quest. There are three types:

Daily Quests: Habits that reset every day. Missing them damages your HP.
One-Time Quests: Tasks with clear endpoints. Finish and collect rewards.
Dungeons: Multi-step projects broken into rooms. Clear the dungeon for epic loot.

Your Status Window

Every player has four core stats that grow based on the quests they complete:

STR (Strength): Physical tasks, workouts, manual labor.
INT (Intelligence): Learning, reading, skill development.
VIT (Vitality): Health, sleep, self-care.
DEX (Dexterity): Speed, organization, creative work.

HP, XP, and Leveling

HP (Health Points): Skip dailies and you take damage. Hit 0 and you "die" (lose streak, face penalties).

XP (Experience Points): Every completed quest gives XP. Accumulate enough and you level up.

Level: Your overall progression. Higher levels unlock cosmetics and bragging rights.
